The vineyards are followed diligently attentive eye and expert hand of Franco Bianco. Each vine is cared , from pruning until harvest. The wine can be described as traditional, in particular for Barolo and Barbaresco, with a fermentation vat opened and a long aging in large oak barrels in the cellar of Barbaresco.
The productive process is followed with care and passion from a young oenologist Mario Andrion that builds on the valuable lessons of Franco he learned an important knowledge being able to integrate an hestablished techniques small but significant innovations. In recent years they have added new strength in company, the daughter of Franco, Marcella and Giovanna.
